CuteNews.RU will have MySQL support in the next version.
When installing the script, you will have the choice wether you want to use a txtSQL database (flatfile database but faster and more secure than simple flatfiles) or a MySQL database.
Right now, there are some small bugs in the beta. But I'm 100% sure that the next release will have a fully functional MySQL backend.
As soon as the next version is released, I will update the demopage.

can u please translate all lines ?

i don`t get a *** from here  ]
and these menus are in rusian to... and the help ( wich is pretty important ) 
those anyone has a complete english version ?

I think that is the "Display of signed Comments" or something close to that.
> Ň?ăč ??đěŕňčđ??ŕ?č˙
Translates to something like "Additional fields" most likely referring X-Fields
> ??ď???čňĺ???űĺ ď??˙
Best I can guess is that it means something like "TAG Formatting"
What is needed is a Russian/English speaker to give us the right translation
