Syncronisation plugin |
|
I was wondering if anyone have been thinking about creating a plugin that syncs the database in cuteru. So that the authors have the correct number of articles etc. With my install now, nothing of the statistic is working correctly.
I myself use a plugin like this on my forum. Works really well. So I would love to see this if it's possible.

Have you tried clearing the cache? Most content which is not being updated dynamically can be resolved easily by clearing the cache.

It has nothing to do with the cache. It doesn't count the articles correctly.

Per author? That would be neat. I never thought about that.

So in the statistics of the admin panel you want to see a list of the authors and how many posts they have each made?

No, that already exist in the user management. I want to syncronise this so the counter is correct.

I don't know how to make this happen but I can say two things about this.
1) it would be very nice
2) I bet I know who could... FI-DD

Which/what counter?
As for Scott's idea...
Author posts or Commenter posts? Because as you've said, Author posts are already being tracked, you just need the ability to publish that number onto the site. I don't believe User's comments are being tracked separately. So that would require a little bit more work.

For the last time...
I want to syncronise the number of articles in the user management, not anything else. Also the data when the user last logged in.

Yes, I see x-byte, because I've got the same problem... The statistics in the user management haven't been working to me ever.

You can use show_users.php to do this.
