 Stories doesn't appear |

I have a site with cutenews.ru, was running very well until they started to make some bugs. There are two problems concerning, the news did not appear only if a sign category, the script needs two categories, the other problem is that the stories appear only when you put date of 2019, in 2008 no longer appear.
Do these procedures to display the news, that is acceptable to sign and date two categories for 2019, but the RSS only displays the news of 2008.
I don't know what to do, this bug is boiling my head.

It's impossible that the script stops working correctly just like that. Either you changed something to the script or your server settings have changed.
So what happened?
