The first one is an XField you created. You can delete this single XField or you can disable XFields in Options -> "Manage plugins".
The comments stuff is a plugin as well. You can disable it too. ("Enable/Disable comments")

I first made it this way but thiese forms(the checkboxses and the input field for the url) are still there ... I just want the writer of the story not to see thiese options ... but how

When I disable the plugin ("Enable/disable comments") then the checkboxes disappear in addnews/editnews.
