Maybe this should be a feature to the registrer-mod, maybe it should be a mew plugin, I dunno, useful for me it would be anyways.
What I want is that when you post a comment, you should be able to registrer that comment name with a password so noone else can comment with it. And then a cookie to remember the password so they don't have to type it before each comment they post. Maybe a live check to see if the commenter-name is already in use? "sorry, but this name is already taken, please come up with anouther!" or something.
Hope this was understandable, and I beg your pardon if this is already possible with the registrer-mod

What about Options -> System settings -> Comments -> Only registered -> Yes ?

OK, maybe I have to do it that way.
But what I thought of was that everyone should be able to comment, registrered or not. But if you do registrer, the benefit will be that no one else can use that name you registrer with. If you understand?

I think that's already built-in. If you are a registered commenter your name is protected no matter if "Only registered" is set to yes or no.
And as soon as you are logged in (admin panel), you don't have to type your name and mail.
