 PLEASE HELP!!!!! 2 problems.... |

PROBLEM #1
I always get this whenever i save or edit my news and templates.... it does the job but its annoying to see everytime.
Warning: fopen(/home/BLOG/public_html//.htaccess): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/BLOG/public_html/CUTENEWSRU/inc/functions.inc.php on line 454
Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/BLOG/public_html/CUTENEWSRU/inc/functions.inc.php on line 455
Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/BLOG/public_html/CUTENEWSRU/inc/functions.inc.php on line 457
PROBLEM #2
I have two DIVs, the content and the sidemenu... my SEARCH BOX is in the sidemenu, my question is, how can i put the SEARCH RESULTS in the content page instead of the sidemenu where the box is located?

Why would it want to edit the .htaccess for that? Probably not very safe but what happens if you delete the .htaccess? (there's bound to be a safer way but it could give you some insights)
As for option 2, I'd like to know that as well.

i don't know why, but i tried deleting the .htaccess only to find it back there ressurecting its ugly self. it's an empty .htaccess though.
the thing is, i changed my Rufus, prolly that's why? i don't like the user-friendly urls.
