Beautiful.. too bad I can't read a word on it though! It's hard for me personally to make any suggestions lol.. but I have one small suggestion..
I noticed you have a 'powered by cutenews.ru' icon at the bottom of your site but you have it linked to the wrong URL
It should be: http://english.cutenews.ru/forum
