I think it can be used as a plug-in for CuteNews.ru to display the news items in a nice way as shown at http://www.scriptocean.com/imp1.html. I attached my code here so others may wish to use it: 1- Unzip the file 2- put the js.tpl template file in the \data\tpl folder. 3- upload the newsticker.php and news.htm files in the main cutenews.ru folder 4- open newsticker.php and change the colors as you wish 5- Now add this piece of code where you want to display the scrolling news.
