Looks ok, not that special but organized and clean. Also fast pageloads.
Only the round corners of the article headers are pretty goofy.
You definitely should replace them with a better one.

I like it.. I've always been a fan of that color scheme.. but I like it on cars lol.. your site gives me a windows 98 feeling.

They are kinda blurry but I think they look fine.
All-in-all your site does exactly what it needs to. I've noticed more importance should be focused on quality of content.. people generally don't care about the look of a site (not always true) as long as it says/does what they need it. I did research on my taxes viewing some of the ugliest websites in the world. You'd think they'd be able to afford some kick ass designers.
