i find the forum useful, and would like to monitor posts so i can learn rapidly and help out eventually, as a user. So rss would be great but non of my readers like the smart rss feed url. (netnewswire, etc) Hows that? can I jut have a normal feed?

Jep its easy to use. Just click on the RSS image at the bottom of the forums select the setting you want and copy the url to your feed reader. I use the one built in with Thunderbird. Works perfectly
