Hey I never used this script before, but on the DEMO there is alot of language I have no clue what it is. I speak English lol. I am not sure if it's just the demo, but I wanted to understand clearly what each tag was, but I can't.
I logged in as a admin in the demo forum and I clieck help http://english.cutenews.ru/cuteru/index.php?mod=help
and all this came up:

The help page is in Russian, but in the download able version there is also a file called "readme.html", which contains the same help information.
