 Installation error msg and chmod? |

Got this message during the install:
Table 'cutesql.cutesql_users' doesn't exist - 23:13:38
but the users table were find after install.
Also, chmod numbers were confusing, has i thought yuo had to chmod the files according to the numbers. But when i decided to chmod all files 775 and folders 777, it was okay. Thought i might raise this issue since some users may get confused by this.
The file path it discovers during install is incorrect. The file path to where CuteSQL was installed to was fine but it appended index.php to the end of the file path. This renders the homepage link not linking properly and images for add/edit news not showing. Going back to conf section and removing the index.php from the file path resolved this issue.

Yeah, I know about that. I try to suppress this message.

Must be a host problem. I installed it on two different hosts and never got the problem. But what you say is correct. If there is an index.php in the path the site doesn't render correctly.

Why did you install CuteSQL? If I were you I would install CuteNews.RU 2.3 - it's much better.

After the installation process the table "users" is created and the error message should disappear.
