with me there does not function the picture becomes in original big in my shown for side, however, on localhost I can do thumbs and frame and function shadow
 and the chomod is curect 777

Don't know. Maybe the php image library (gd2) is not activated?

Log into your CuteNews.RU admin panel and go to http://domain.com/path_to_cute/index.php?mod=debug.
This should display your server settings. Search for something like "GD Support" and check if it is enabled or disabled.

I don't know what's wrong. But it must be a server problem because it is working on your localhost.
