You should've checked your "Manage Plugins" section before asking that. You would've found that the "Ago" plugin is already there waiting for you to activate it.

"Ago" in the plugins SAYS it's for comments, but I just tested it and it works for posts as well. News to me...

Hmm.. I always assumed it was for news.. well I'm glad it works for that.. I always wanted to use it but never took the time.
