im using CN 1.3.6 i want my links to be like in this page http://english.cutenews.ru/cuteru/example/index.php/ .. any guide?

Wrong forum dude. This one is for CuteNews.RU, which is different from CuteNews. You should either:
a) try cutephp.com forum
b) try FI-DD's CuteNews modpage @ http://democute.de.funpic.de/cute/example2.php?category=6 where you can also find a friendly urls mod.

I know its CNRU but it might work with CN..

Again, try FI-DD's mod page with hacks Wink and no, CNR isn't compatible with CN
