 Everything's a mess! Help me! |

I've been using the original Cutenews for almost two years but recently I was having troubles with my templates page (got a 403 error when I tried to save) so I thought I'd switch over to CutenewsRU.
But everything is screwed up now. I've started from scratch, using the txtSQL instead of the MySQL version of the script.
First of all, it was a mission to get the comments working. Secondly, all my images are broken.

Please help me? Anyone? I'm frustrated.

There must be something wrong with my server now. I can't, once again, edit my templates first with Cutenews and now with Cutenews.RU.
I can view and hit the Save button on my templates page, but I can't change anything and hit save, otherwise it'll give me a 403 error.

Okay, I am extremely tired at the moment, let me explain so far what's happened.
I got the comments and templates to work.
I tried to get the images to show on all pages including comments pages but they wouldn't work.
So I searched around the forum here and thought maybe it has to do with the RUFUS.
I found this thread: http://english.cutenews.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?t=303&highlight=images and followed the suggested changes on the first reply, and my *whole website* fell down to 500 error. Me, freaking out, figured it was just Cutenews.RU and deleted the script from my website. And guess what, 500 is still there on my whole website.
I'm freaking out. I will install the script again and see what happens.

No. My whole website is still under 500. Oh my god, I'm having a heart attack here.

Close this topic. I've managed to fix my website by making an htaccess file and adding an ignore 500 line to it. I'm giving up on Cutenews.RU and going back to the original Cutenews.
