Post Dutch php5 friendly templates.ini file Reply with quote
I don't know why...
But i was also dealing lately with php5 problems.
I deleted all [ ] and { } from the template.ini file, except the variable lines, but still got the errors.
Now i was experimenting with deleting characters, wich causes problems for me.
And i figured out that the ( ) characters in the template.ini file also gave some errors, so i deleted those too and now i havent got errors anymore fortunately.
Geez, php5 is a pain in the ass some times.
Do have to say that i use the Dutch language. If that's also a reason for char problems in php5... Duch people are from now on aware of it Smile
For Dutch people... download the attached templates.ini file. 100% php5 friendly. Just customize your translation to your needs.

Yeah, it's working Smile

But templates.ini in this topic isnt' compatible with the original. Just look at the lines beetwen lines 113-126.

Post Avatar not working now Reply with quote
Hi, that templates.ini file worked great in my cutenews, but now I have a problem with the avatars.
I'm trying to put avatars in my template so I put in {avatar} where I wanted it but apparently, it's not showing up.

Check the source code of your page. What code does it show where the avatar is supposed to appear?

Umm it says [avatar]. I was trying out different ways to put the avatar and now even if I put the {avatar} in or even delete the [avatar], the template doesn't change.
