Do you want to show a default avatar when users haven't uploaded one? That's possible.
Open your comments template and find '{avatar}'
Change it with this:
 | | <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="border-collapse: collapse" bordercolor="#111111" width="100">
<tr>
<td height="100" background="YOUR SITE/avatar.gif" align="center">{avatar}</td>
</tr>
</table> |
Change 'YOUR SITE' so it will be something like: http://www.astrostart.nl/avatar.gif
Finally upload the default avatar (avatar.gif) to the map.
