To be honest I don't know why it's disabled by default now.
Actually, I really like this function because it reduces the amount of queries to the database and loads the page a few milli seconds  faster.

ich habe ganze Cutenews.ru 2.4.3 g?ndert damit Fuktioniert mit UTF-8 encoding. wenn sie wollen kann ich ihnen schiecken. und auf kurdisch ?bersetzt in language file.

Awesome script man. Just testing it out on a beta site. Just wish more was translated.. makes it much easier. keep up the good work! Do you have paypal? i wouldnt mind donating.

Well there a still a few translation bugs, like X-fields are named " ??ď???čňĺ???űĺ ď??˙" in the admin panel.. And in the Plugin section there are a few descriptions in Russian

No, it's my fault.
I think 2.3 was almost completely in English. But since then I was to lazy to translate all the files.
But when 2.5 gets released I will try really hard to make an English version.
