CuteNews forum Unavailable |
|
Hi
Cutenews.com is unavailable. There is a message about contacting billing. Looks like someone has forgotten to pay the host.

It seems like some domain reseller got the domain now, what a shame.

Yes Torstein if that's the case. As a precaution, I have bought: cutephp.eu and cutenews.co.uk as I have a retail account and owe Flexer and everyone else on the Cutenews forum a debt of gratitude. If the material has been backed up off the server it could be transferred to one of these domains.

Ehm.. afaik it's always been Cutephp.com , which is working just fine over here.. (besides, don't really see the point of posting about it here @ CNR?)

Well it isn't working here (UK). The point is that if the original site is down for some other reason CNR make also be at risk. And besides there is a large community of users who may need to migrate to CNR. Can my desktop and laptop be blocked in some way. Perhaps someone else can see whether they can also access Cutephp.com as it seems a bit of a mystery (no pun intended)

it is working now from yesterday late evening. I have searched the CN forum and it has been used and there is no message about the site being down, so I am at a loss as to why I got that message - about contact billing. This might be relevant I restarted my PC and when I did so I was able to access the site. Prior to the restart I had tried to get to the site by using Traceroute but got a "host not found" message.

Thanks Syrian. I was beginning to think that my sytem had been infected. I have been searching for a javascript routine and had lots of 404's and was wondering whether the problem is at my end.
