 Bug UTF - 8 formatting |

Hi all plugin developers, i have been currently transtalting cnr into turkish. There is a bug i encountered.
When i translated and convert coding of txt file to UTF8 the POLL SYSEM and PRIVATE MESSAGE do not appear on OPTIONS menu and when you manually enter index.php?=poll... it does not show up and says MODULE ERROR...
When i convert these plugins' coding to ANSI it is okay.
And i used scottdallas megaplugin pack and editted it...

I don't know what's wrong but I can tell you my megaplugin is just a fancy 2.4.5 install

i succedd it by leaving the first line blank.. but when there is a text in the first line there is a problem
