 Big image for 1st news item |

Hey, Me again with another question!
I want to have my first news item a different layout to the older news, using the skip method.
But I want to display a larger image just for this news item, and then it will go back the normal size.
Exmple.
{big-avatar} will be shown on the 1st news item.
{avatar} will be shown on the older items.
Is there a way to do this?

2 templates, 2 include codes, no pagination
In one template you could use something like {avatar=320,240} and {avatar=160,120} in the other..
