This site i have found and used successfully creates a sitemap xml and text aswell as other formats.
it reads your database so also lists your full stories aswell as pages.
only does up to 500 listings though.
the url.txt (I also save as sitemap.txt) file is picked up by msn and yahoo and the sitemap.xml is picked up by Google.
