first of all , хрена на русском ни одного топика на форуме?
The rest of the questions is an using of the cutenews. I would like to use cute fro my project where using the mysql a really is not possible. Does cute has a support of the utf-8 and api for posting the news ? I'll use it like a frontend for another cms.

I don't understand russian 
You want to use mysql or you don't want to use mysql?
It's not hard to translate CNR to other language and I think utf-8 won't
be hard also, by the way, it is also comes with translation to russian.
What's api for posting news? it can post news and has many abilities if
that's what you ask.

i've found the utf-8 version of the cute. it's intended to be utf out of the box, i will use it.
