a few suggestions for newversion
1. standard encoding on (UTF-8 ) put like in Wordpress
2.many defects in language pack solve.
3.example solve in in English and not in Russian(with all respect for rusische people).
4.many defects in modus (is unstable on many servers with some functions not at all).
5. language pack to edit. (poedit, .mo... etc.)

well my only humble suggestion is please make it in english fully, not all the parts are in english.
